Mizuno Mp 67 Irons By js11 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I am a plus 2 handicap golfer, but had never played blades before so I was a little nervous about getting blades for the first time. These irons feel and look like a blade but are unbelievably forgiving. I can be hitting poorly and hitting it off the toe and yet the club still performs and gets the ball on the green. Plus there is the benefit of drawing and fading the ball which you simply cannot get from a cavity back. The forged feel of a Mizuno is unique and cannot be beat. Although they are blades I would honestly say that an 8 or 9 handicap who has a good swing could handle these irons. They are probably the most forgiving and playable blades on the market today.
