When Virgin Coconut Oil became a big hit in alternative medicine few years back, I happened to buy this product, MKM Active Virgin Coconut Oil. It contains 125 ml, quite many for one month consumption. This med is to be taken three times a day, one spoon each time. But I only take one spoon once a day.
