I've tried a bunch of different whey products and they all seem to be very similar. I found this stuff at my local Walmart and it is way cheaper than the stuff I have gotten from vitamin shops.

2 lbs of this lasts about a month, depending on how much you wanna take. It definitely is filling enough to replace a snack throughout the day and it is totally healthy. The vanilla tastes really good and so does the chocolate.

I usually take it after a weight lifting workout, so just 1 scoop every other day. If you are looking for something to help give your more energy you should try out this product. It's not just for athletes and bodybuilders, it can be useful for anyone needing a little boost in their life.

I will continue to take this product because I haven't found anything cheaper that is as effective as this product. Give it a try!
