Modern Art is a bidding game. In this game you have five different artists. Every player is dealt cards every round with the amount of cards decreasing as the rounds go on. You take turns auctioning off paintings by one of the five different artists. The artist who sells the most paintings is marked number one and the one who sells the second most is number two and so on. You make money by buying and selling the artist who is the most popular. You have different kinds of auctions, open auction, once around, secret auction, double auction and so on. This game is a lot of fun to play. You never play the same way twice because you never know which artists cards you will be dealt. This is a fairly easy game to learn and one you will play over and over. This is one of my favorite bidding games.
