Most Effective Golf Instruction Book Ever Read By Eric Niedzwiecki on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Written by one of the best golf instructors to walk the face of this planet, Harvey Penick's Little Red Book did for me what hundreds of hours of one-on-one golf instruction could never do. He took everything that he learned from his decades of instructing players, from amateurs to professionals, and worded it in a way that even the earliest beginner can understand, but without sounding condesending to the experienced. His examples, drills, and stories of his experiences teaching beginners and professionals easily exemplify common and uncommon mistakes in the golf swing, and the mental process of practicing and playing the game. He is a genius in the sport, as both a teacher, coach and friend to the many people whose game he impacted. In short, this is a must read for anyone who is considering to play or continue golf, due to its brevity and conciseness in explaining the necessary requirements to excel in the sport.
