I was really really hesitant to purchase this phone because I owned one of the first Motorola RAZR's and had some issues with it. I would figure 2 years later that it would be a better phone. I was wrong! I'll start with the couple positives I have. I love the KRZR because of the smaller size compared to the RAZR. I also like the color which my KRZR is a pearlized white. Now for why I will probably never buy another Motorola cell phone. Let me also say the phone is only 4.5 months old. The phone has a bad delay! I'm pretty quick on the phone. I hang up and go to start another call and it's still on the hang up screen from the last call so therefore I have to wait for it to catch up. It takes SEVERAL seconds before I can start another call or anything else for that matter. That is my biggest problem. It was also a problem I had with the RAZR. My only other major problem is the battery life. At 4.5 months old and I use it maybe 300 minutes a month it has to be plugged in almost everyday. To me that is horrible battery life for as little as I use it. All in all I would not buy this phone or another Motorola in the future.
