Motorola Q By The Flying Executive By theFlyingExecutive on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Motorola Q is a staunchly useful phone for just about everyone. Even though it is classified a smartphone and runs Windows Mobile, you need not be an executive to use it. I purchased this phone from Verizon along with a two-year contract, which I am nearing the end of. This phone has served me well for almost two years, with many features that will keep me using the Q line for when my next contract comes up. First, the QWERTY keyboard is a delight to use. Thought the buttons seem small at first, they are very distinct and provide excellent tactile feedback, a perfect complement for a person who writes long e-mails or text messages. Second, the form-factor of the Q is quite sleek for as wide as it is. Motorola kept it nice and slim. However, as a consequence, the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. I recently replaces it with an aftermarket battery as it would not hold as much of a charge. Last, and certainly not least, the integrated Windows Mobile makes synchronization of appointments, contacts, and other notes to your PC a breeze (all via a common mini USB cable, Bluetooth or even infrared). All in all, I would highly recommend this phone.

I like the looks and functionality of this phone. The keyboard is very distinct on this model, and probably easier to use than many of the others. It is very well priced indeed, making this a Froggy's best buy.
