Motorola Radius Gp350 By Scott Parizo on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

This Motorola Radius GP350 I use at work everyday for my Security Job and it has been a good radio. It has 16 channels in which I have different college departments as well as a few local Police Departments programmed on it. It scans all so you know whats going on at all times or you can just scan one at a time. Depending on how many transmissions you have you can get a good 15 hours out of the battery if you have multiple you get about 10 or 11 hours. I use the portable microphone attachment which makes it easier that you dont have to remove it from you belt each time you wish to talk. You do not get very good reception or transmit well in the basements of a building approximately 1 mile away but you can usually hear alright. This is radio has been in the fleet of the department for approximately 15 years so motorola has definately made a quality product here.
