Upon my experiences with this phone, I have figured out that it is a great deal. The sliding feature on this phone is quite convenient which prevents much disliked "butt- dialing." The music player is quite a nice feature as well. You can use your downloaded music from your computer as a ringtone (unlike other phones which require you to buy it from their "music stores"). The only negative about the music feature is you can only put in 2 G memory cards which get crowded quite quickly with the camara as well. The camara on this phone is better than the average phone-camara. It takes nice pictures until sunset, but after that they begin to look fuzzy. The camara tends to lag once in a while, but that is usually due to the memory card being full. This phone has NEVER frozen up with me. Also I have found the service quality is nice too. The buttons on this phone have not broken with me and I'm an avid teenage texter. This phone I give 4.7 out of 5 stars. it's a great and reliable phone for those who would like a nice phone, but don't want to spend a fortune. It's worth every penny.
