I bought this new phone to replace an old one. I bought it on Tracfone.com, where I was able to purchase it for $19.99 (plus shipping) and receive two 60 minute cards for free. This is a flip phone, so I don't have to worry about it accidentely dialing while in my purse or pocket. The display is easy to see, but the backlight is only able to be programmed to stay on for no more than 20 seconds. This is very annoining, to have to press a button on the phone every 20 seconds to be able to view the screen. Other than this, I like the phone. The ringer is loud enough for me to hear in my purse. It doesn't have tons of extra features, but plenty of the ones I need, such as, text messaging, voice mail, phonebook, call waiting, clock with alarm, stopwatch, currency convertor, & calculator. The battery stays charged for the average amount of time of most cell phones. This was a good value for the money.
