Motorola V400

I have owned the Motorola V400 cell phone for several years now and am very pleased with this product. I puchased it at Cellular One in my hometown. I received a 50.00 rebate after buying it. I did have an initial problem with the phone. The phone would not hold a charge. This happened a week after I bought it. I already sent the rebate in to the company so the store would not give me a new one. It had to be sent for repair. I was upset ofcourse. Cellular One gave me a loaner, an el cheapo. It took several weeks before I got the phone back ofcourse. After all of this, I never had to repair this phone again. It has been fantastic. I may have cursed it in the beginning but I now praise it. The V400 is silver in color. It fits in the palm of your hand. You can take photos with it. The keypad is just the right size. I still have the same battery in it as when I purchased it. I just charge the battery as needed. The keyboard lights up blue. This phone has basically everything I need since I am not a big cell phone user. The menu has a phonebook-messages-web access-multimedia-games & applications-recent calls-office tools-IM and settings. You can set the phone to certain ring styles including vibration. The phone is shiny as if still new. This has absolutely been a perfect cell phone. Great Buy!
