Mouse Trap Is A Trap! By BusyBusyMom on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This game could be a lot of fun. But, everytime my daughters want to play, ususally it's a groan that I respond with. The concept is wonderful and delightful. However, in actuality, the game doesn't go as planned. The concept is to build the trap as your "mouse" moves around the game board. As each piece gets added, the mouse trap takes form. The pieces aren't all that easy to add and you have to have some skill and a steady hand to actually get the piece added without compromising the previous pieces added. That turns the game into a tedious task. Then you hope that all the pieces are together just right so that the ball runs its course and actually traps a mouse. But, even though the function of the game may be off, it is always an opportunity for family time that is fun. It is those moments I remember when they say, "How about a game of Mouse Trap, Mom?". Enjoy!

Haha, my son loves this game, but then again he just loves to build it all and watch it go! voting

We used to play this game when I was young. The best part was when the mousetrap was completely set up. LOVED it! Haven't seen it played in years.

I had one of those games, when I was a kid, and mine never worked right either. Loved the concept of it, but it was so frustrating! : )
