My Fiancee and I got This tea maker for my Bridal Shower. I love it. We drink a lot of Tea and we always had to make it on the stove which I hated. I could never make it right. Our neighbor gave it to us for our bridal shower gift and I don't know what I would do with out it. It is so easy to do. You just stick the tea bags in the machine fill it up and stick the pitcher underneath it and forget it. About ten minutes later you have tea. It comes with a 3 quart pitcher to make the tea in. It is very easy to clean up after too. You don't have to dirty up pots to make the tea. All you have is the pitcher that it comes with that you make the tea in. And really thats all you have to clean. I love this tea maker and I haven't had a problem with it yet.
