Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Pot By Gayle Parks on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I'm a southern girl and there is nothing I like better on a hot summer day than a nice tall glass of iced tea. That's why, when my son gave me this dandy little gadget I was pleased as punch or tea I guess.

You just add the prescribed amount of water to the tank and then add water and ice cubes to the pitcher, place tea bags and sugar into the basket, snap them all into place and turn it on and presto! in a matter of minutes you have freshly brewed ice tea. Ahhhh.....now that's refreshing!

The Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Pot is inexpensive, easy to use and lasts a good long time (I have had mine for over 5 years). The only negative is that the tea tends to stain the plastic of the pitcher but not so excessively that it should be a bother.

For those who like real brewed iced tea I guess this would be really handy.
