Multivitamin

My sister and myself were both looking for a vitamin to try and we happened to come across these centrum multivitamins. Right away they caught her eye cause there chewables and she doesn't like to shallow pills. So i decided to take them with her.

For me I didn't feel like the pillwas distributing the right vitamins needed for my body. I was taking them for about two months cause, i never believe that something will work overnight. the first month i did feel more healthier and more energetic, but when i continued taking them by the second month i was really super tired. It seemed like i was drained and i was getting alot of headaches. Another thing i didn't like was that it didn't taste well at all. It says orange flavored but it left a really bad taste in my mouth.

When it comes to taking any kind of pills or vitamins i cant say yes or no to try it cause everyones body is different. For me i didn't have a good experience to it but it might help for others.
