I never believed in these products and I believe in if your mind thinks it works then it does. My brother is a huge fitness freak and is absolute tank. I want to get into weights so I can build up my bicep strength. My brother and other people have told me if im going to start building and bulking up this is the best way to do it, using this high protein mix. This mix is great because it can (not recomened in my opionion) a meal replacer, weight loss and it's high in protein and it even tastes great. it's even said to be a good in taste. They way I see it is, you want to get buff and this helps and it tastes great. all you have to do is put about 4 tablespoons in to a cup add any kind of milk or water and just watch the mucles grow whilst pumping the guns. Well they're the points that I see and make me want to go on the so called diet.
