Muscle Milk is not the product for me.

A friend of mine reccomended Muscle Milk to me when I told her I was looking for a shake that would help supress my appetite. I picked up a case of 18 at Costco for $25.99. I regret that now because Muscle Milk tast really bad. It leaves an awful tast in my mouth and stays there until I eat or drink something else and even then I can still taste it. So far I have been drinking for about 2 weeks and i feel that it doesnt suppress my appetite. In fact, I dont feel any different.

I got the chocolate flavored but from what I understand there are other flavors like Vanilla Creme, Bananna Creme, and Chocolate Mint.

There is 220 calories in each serving of an 11 ounce drink, 0g of trans fatty acid, and 22g of protein. If anyone ask me what I think of this product, I definatly will not be refering anyone. It may work for someone else, but for me, I will save my $25.99.
