Reviewing: Yonex Muscle Power 99 Racquet
Purchased at: Internet     Price: $170.00 AUD

The Musclepower 99 is one of the best qualitiy badminton racquets that exist today. It is made by Yonex and has a very balanced weight which is handy for offensive and defensive play. When first trying it out, it didn't really appeal to me, probably because I wasn't used to it at the time but after having this racket for about 2-3 months now and I have no regrets about buying it. The power is very good and combined with the outsanding control of the racket, it's hard to beat if you're one who likes those characteristics. The downside to this racquet it that it is very expensive and may chip easily if you are careless or clumsy. Overall, I am very pleased that I bought this racquet because of its great charecteristics, however, I only recommend this racquet to an intermediate or professional badminton player because of its stiffness (thus needed a stronger arm than usual).

My overall rating is 9/10 because of its excellent control and power. However has a lower than average durability and may chip.

I love playing bladminton but I am not professional. We just play this to kill time when we are bored; just for fun. I wonder what brand is recommended for me since you reckon this is recommended for professional player. Thanks for the informations anyway. I will mention this brand to my friend who plays badminton regularly. She might like this.

each sort of badminton racquet is designed for different types of players, i.e. armotec racquets are more offense, but the nanospeed 7000 defensive.

Ehh... sorry to burst your bubble, though that is actually a "novice/beginner - intermediate" racquet. Pro racquets are a little more durable and have more "bang" in there hits. If your a pro and want a racquet, check hout the Yonex ArmorTec 900 Technique or Power
