Diet-tech is supposed to be an advanced appetite control formula. The problem that I have is that I keep forgetting to take the pills, which obviously doesn't help. They are pretty expensive too. $40 for 140 capsules. That may sound like a lot, but you have to take up to 4 pills, 3 times daily. That's 12 pills a day. So you only have about an 11 day supply. So a bottle won't last you very long. You are supposed to take it 30 to 60 minutes prior to eating. When I take them, it works pretty good, but I still get hungry. I won't buy these again because I think they are a waste of money. If you can remember to take the pills, I bet they'll work for you. Good luck!
