Muscletech Diet-Tech

Diet-tech is supposed to be an advanced appetite control formula.The problem that I have is that I keep forgetting to take the pills, which obviously doesn't help.They are pretty expensive too.$40 for 140 capsules.That may sound like a lot, but you have to take up to 4 pills, 3 times daily.That's 12 pills a day.So you only have about an 11 day supply.So a bottle won't last you very long.You are supposed to take it 30 to 60 minutes prior to eating.When I take them, it works pretty good, but I still get hungry.I won't buy these again because I think they are a waste of money.If you can remember to take the pills, I bet they'll work for you.Good luck!
