Music to cook by
By Debbie831 onOk everyone knows by now that I am electronic freak. I love new gadgets and I have found another one. I love to listen to my ipod or the radio everywhere in house and wanted something that I could put in the kitchen, but I also don't like a lot of clutter on the counters.
I finally found the answer. It is ihome under the cabinet radio/wi ipod dock. At first I was a little concerned about having my ipod in the kitchen where it could get dirty (I tend to be messy when I am cooking) but when I saw that the ipod can be stored while it was playing I felt pretty comfortable buying it.
Next problem, installing it. When it came in I thought I will never get this thing installed by myself, going to have to get some help, but I pulled out the directions and it looked pretty easy so I thought I would try it. Yes I even used a drill, but they give you template to put in your cabinet, just drill the holes and install. It took me all of 5 minutes to put this thing up.
Pros: Sound quality is fantastic. It has am/fm raido, ipod dock station, the weather station and I can even listen to a few tv stations! Gee great way to keep me in the kitchen.
Cons: None that I can see. This radio is perfect for any kitchen.

This is one of the items that is on my wish list when I finally get an ipod. I spend more time in the kitchen than anywhere else in the house and some tunes would be nice to have. I love your videos too.

What a great idea! I usually take my laptop in the kitchen to play my songs straight from the computer, but this would be so much easier. Thanks for the info! :-)
I love this. I never seen an under the counter radio that fits an ipod. I love my kitchen radio wish I had seen this one first. Great price for it too.
I have an under the counter radio and cd player but not one that includes my ipod . This looks so cool. I usually pull the speakers into the kitchen to improve the sound. Great little video you made!
This is a great counter saver. I hate clutter on the counter too!
Sounds like a great product. I used to have a similar under the counter cd player that was not replaced after a move. This sounds like a great updated version.
I like that it fits under the cabinets! I never have enough room on my counter tops :(
