My 30 gig Ipod Video

I love my Ipod Video. It was a gift and probably the best Ive gotten in a long time. Firstly, its a toy. An expensive toy. I don't watch a lot of video on it BUT I keep a couple hours of cartoons on it and when the kids get whiny in the car, boom...instant entertainment. What? Give an Ipod to a kid?? Won't it break? Nope, its a sturdy little thing. I keep in in a thick rubber casing and Ive dropped it a few times with no ill effects. The battery life is pretty good IF you aren't watching video.
The songs go for a long time. The picture slideshow feature is ultra cool. I have hundreds of family photos in it and thats my method for showing people pictures. No more torn up paper photos for me!
The sound quality is fine, the earbuds are not great, go buy a better pair if you want to appreciate the sound more. I like how the songs are organized in different ways so I can listen to an artist or an album or a playlist as I choose.
I wish it played MP3 and not just Apples accs. Its a pain.
Another neat thing is I can put written books into it with the notes feature and read on my lunch break although you'll have to google how to do this. Its just neat. Go get one if you want a full featured mp3 player. Check out my pic of my toy in its case with the photo slideshow turned on.
