This is the best nursing pillow and a must have if you are nursing. I used a Boppy with my son and daughter and liked that a lot, but when I had my daughter, a friend gave me her My Brestfriend because she only used it once and quit nursing. This is much superior to the other nursing pillow, in my opinion. I believe this because it is thicker and I think there is foam inside or something like that because it is very firm and the baby does not sink into it. It fits comfortably around your waist and you can attach the entire thing to you. I loved being able to walk around with that on. I could actually stand up and nurse the baby with this nursing pillow.

The other plus to this pillow is that I found it gave great support and positioned the baby perfectly for nursing. The cover is not removable and you can wipe it clean, but you can't throw it in the washing machine.
