My cat was not interested in SpotNips

Our cat Gypsy needed new toys to play with. We usually get her these little stuffed puppys however we haven't been able to find them. While at Fred Meyers just before Christmas, we saw these little colorful play toys that are fuzzy and round. They are filled with catnip and so we figured she would love them.

They come in a small package of four balls. The package says that they are designed to appeal to your cat's natural instinct for play and exercise and these will lure your cat into playing all day long.

Some of that is true. She does play with them but she can pass them up for her other toys. I don't think the catnip in these are as strong as I thought or what the package says because she doesn't play with them as much. In fact, I think the excitment factor only lasted a few days. These may be the perfect toys for other cats but not for ours.

Next time I will try something else or even use a sock and put catnip in in it. Maybe she will play with that more than these toys!
