Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream was also recommended by my Dermatologist but I've first learned this cream from my best friend when we were still in college. Since I found her hands to be very soft and smooth, I was inclined to ask her what cream she was using, then she told me that Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream. She further told me to have a try. So, I did it.

I have been using Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream from that time, probably that was year 2002, until now. It is my daily hand cream and I am using it anytime I need to. That's why I carry this cream all the time and everywhere I am which is placed inside my bag.
