Well, the laptop itself is fabulous. I got my Inspiron in the mail when my old Gateway computer failed to rise to the challenge when finals came. It was fantastic with an 80GB hard drive and 1GB RAM. I felt like I could shoot fire from this quiet little machine. The widescreen monitor makes watching movies awesome. However, I have had a deal of trouble with the power cord. I had some issue with the laptop where the power cord was repeatedly shorting out and making a loud humming noise and getting really hot. They sent me power cord after power cord until I demanded that they look at the actual laptop to see what was causing this to happen. They took the laptop in and I assume they fixed it, but they sent it to the wrong address and I got another refurbished laptop of the same model (but with a better screen) and the rest is hunky dory!
