I received this cute little pregnancy record book as a gift recently. I have a smaller book that I log information for myself in, but this book is designed more for me to fill out and someday give to my unborn child. It's a good idea and will someday make a good gift for my baby.
This journaling book has a hard cover with a glued binding. The book is very thin, but it holds a lot of good places for information in it. It is very colorful too! The cover alone has blocks of blue, yellow, green, and a bit of pink. It has white flowers and a cartoon picture of a pregnant woman on the cover. This makes it a slightly "girly" looking book, but it will be great to give to a boy someday too.
Inside, there are pages to fill out throughout the pregnancy. Everything from how I feel to what other people think about my pregnancy. When I say what other people think, I mean if they think it's going to be a boy or girl, what the due date will be, and any advice they might have.
My favorite part of the book is all the pages that you can attach photos to. I wish those pages had pockets or photo protectors, but all you can do is glue the photo in the spot. I might have to buy some photo protectors myself and glue those in too. There are plenty of spots to add a photo of my growing belly each month, our first ultrasound, and the first picture after birth.
This record book is going to make a great gift and keepsake for our soon to be bundle of joy. I'm really happy I received this and I'm sure any other pregnant woman would love it too!

This is a great gift! i am so lazy with my pregnancy I can't get around to keeping a journal!
This is pretty neat. They had nothing like this, when I was pregnant. I would love to have had a book like that. To show my kids and say look how many days I was sick all day long, so you could be here. And to help with teenage pregnancy tell them this is what you have to look forward too. lol That's not mean is it?
I had to laugh at chai73's comment. :) No, I don't think it's mean, only fair! :) Excellent idea. Something I'll keep in mind in case I get pregnant.
