I bought this Webcam since the price was very low that was 14.99$ from Buy.com. It gives clear, crisp communications with QuickCam Messenger's built-in microphone and RightSound technology. This Webcam is far better than other Webcams of its range. Through this Webcam I reached out to my friends with with clear, sharp video and echo-free sound. The viewers of the video of this cam were very pleased by the quality of the video. It even allows me to capture Capture high-quality VGA (640 x 480) video and still images, which is another benefit of this Webcam. Many video effects like fisheye, '50s movie, neon, and much more can be added which makes using it fun. Through this Webcam full-screen, live video/ audio images using any video application (e.g., MSN Messenger Video Conversation) can be viewed. It can even send video instant messages using IM applications. E-mail videos and photos. Live chatting can be done using Logitech VideoCall for which broadband connection required. This Webcam is overall superb.

I've always been kind of nervous with having a webcam. My worst fear is to leave it on and end up picking my nose right on camera or something! I like that you can add effects to your videos and pictures, that is very cool.
I didn't realize that webcams were that inexpensive! I might have to break down & get one!!

Wow! What a versatile webcam for such an awesome price! That is really cool that you can record videos and still pictures with it! I bought a higher end webcam a few years ago and it didn't have near as many features as this one! Sounds like an awesome find!
