My husband opened this account when he worked at the NASA facility in Greenbelt, MD years ago.Then, he was transferrd to another NASA center and we thought this credit union would be there, too.However, that was a false misconception.But that didn't stop us from being a customer.We kept all of our existing accounts there despite the fact we live more than 600 miles from a branch.With direct deposit, internet and mail, we have just as easy access to our funds and their services as we could living 5 miles away.Their website is user friendly and offers all the functionality you'd want.In fact, we even went with the credit union for a mortgage.And that only took a little planning to find an independent appraiser and an attorney to handle the settlement.Great customer service, we're not closing these accounts!
