I will never right a check again as long as I don't have to!! I absolutely love online banking with National City Bank. It is simple to use. The setup was so easy. There was a tutorial to show you how to set it up and how it worked. I thought I will give it a month, and if I don't like it, then I will switch back to paper checks. Well, I have never looked back. I never had a problem with online banking. National City Bank's online banking is definitely user friendly. The first thing I needed to do was set up a list of vendors who I wanted to pay. This was all done within the website by adding there address and your account number for that specific vendor. When you want to pay a certain bill, all one has to do is click pay bills, type in the amount you would like to pay, select the date you want that bill to be paid and click the pay bills button. It will then show you all bills that are scheduled to be paid in a separate box. I duplicated a payment once and caught it. I had no problem deleting the second payment. All of my bills have been paid the exact date that I wanted them to be. Their customer service department is friendly and helpful. I had to call once when I had a question and had no problem talking to a real person and had my question answered with no problems. No stamps, no writing checks and everything from your account is right in front of you. It just can't get any easier.
