Native American Warriors By Becky Knouff on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
My husband is half Native American. Because this is part of his heritage, we represent this part of his heritage in many mementos and posters. We collect many items to reflect this special part of his background.
This poster had no real brand name except a Walmart label, but the value of this poster comes from the culture and heritage it represents.
This poster shows the brave warrior with his chief ready to do battle, and it is expressed with great color and artistry.
I like this poster because it represents freedom, and the in born willingness to fight for this freedom. Although, the Native American no longer lives the life represented in this poster, the fighting spirit still exists in the hearts and minds of these great people. The hardest battles now fought are not fought in the physical sense, but are fought within our hearts and minds.
This poster is a treasured part of our Native American collection.
I would recommend this poster to anyone who likes to collect items reflecting the Native American culture and heritage.

Becky, most people don't know of the native american people that live between the USA and Canada. They are still a separate nation and have had to shoot down other nation's "flying machines." Some still are fighting for their freedom to be who they are.
The former pastor of the church I attend now is living in MT among the Crow Indians and just this last Sunday was talking about them. There are indeed still fighting for their freedom.
I love to study the Hopi culture. We are planning a trip to see them. Any Hopi posters?
