Natural Hair Mask That Saves Dry Hair By Eyes2theocean on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Let me provide some personal background. I started dying my naturally auburn hair a flaxen blonde about 6 years ago. As I lightened my hair little by little, bleach by bleach, it gradually lost it's shine and became very dry and brittle. Once I'd finally achieved my desired shade, my hair was thoroughly damaged. I also played waterpolo at the time, so my hair was doused daily with chlorine. It was ready to quit me altogether, I expect, when I found this hair masque. My hair is very long and thick, and reaches to my lower shoulderblades on my back. One pot of this is enough to cover all of my hair thoroughly, and when my hair was shorter, it lasted for two applications. I left it on for an hour the first time I used it, and enjoyed the spicy chai smell that was QUITE strong on my hair during that time (and for days after.) I then shampooed out, and applied a light conditioner. . . and my hair was soft. It was clean and shiny and healthy and strong. I use this treatment once every couple of months when I notice my hair getting dryer, and it ALWAYS works to improve the quality and texture and health of my long hair.

It does have QUITE a strong aroma of spicy chai, so you may have issues with that, but in all other ways, this is a MIRACLE product that literally saved my hair from being chopped off due to its extensive damage.
