NATURE VALLEY SWEET AND SALTY GRANOLA BARS

If you like to have a snack that might be both salty and sweet I would recommend these gronola bars.I have tried both the cashew and almond flavors.The cashew is my favorite flavor. They have a coating of a cashew butter coating, and they have want I call carmel base to the bottom of them kinda like milk chocolate!And who doesn't like a little chocolate.They are by no mends a reduced fat snack but they are good.

They have 160 calories with 60 of that from fat.And they have a total fat of 11%.Like I said they aren't on the diet.But every now and then you need to treat yourself, and these are great little snacks.The flavor is realy good too!

I would recommend this product for anyone looking for something a little different and really good!
