Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails tablets have a number of nutrients that will aid in the nourishment of the hair, skin and nails. They contain biotin along with antioxidants. When I ran out of my Oleda brand of skin vitamins I decided to try a different product.

I came across Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails tablets. For a bottle of 60 tablets, it is roughly around $8.00. The directions are to take 3 tablets a day so a bottle of this size would last just under 3 weeks. I have to say I was extremely pleased with this product. I did notice that my hair seemed stronger and was growing well. My nails were also doing really good while I was taking these tables. My skin looked absolutely amazing on these tables! It was completely clear and it had a really nice glow to it that I loved. It took about a week before I began to see results. I feel though that taking 3 pills is a little more than I would want to but I definitely like what the tablets eventually did. If you have problems with your hair, skin or nails, then I would definitely recommend Nature's Bounty. I will be using this product again in the future.
