This product was recommended to me by a puppy owner who had to deal with urine stains quite a lot; according to them, Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover did a great job removing both stains and smell. I bought my own bottle to see if I could clean my carpet from a "kitty accident."
Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover is a clear liquid that comes in a 32 oz plastic bottle. It is non-toxic and non-flammable, safe for colors, not harmful for pets. Following the directions, I shook the bottle well and saturated the carpet. I also rubbed the stain area with a rug. When the product dried up (which took almost two days), there was no odor left. I had to apply quite a lot of the product, so I would not say it is very economical to use, but it works well.

After the rug was dry again, did your dog ever go back to the same spot as before? The urine odor is supposed to be neutralized, but I don't think my dog knew that. ;) . Maybe I was not using enough on the stain.
