Nature's Own Zinc

Because of my acne problem, I was encouraged to take Zinc supplement because apparently, it boosts your immune system. I then went to a local chemist and there were tons of different brands, but only two major brands.

After much contemplation and also discussion with the chemist, I got Nature's Own. Well, I did try the other brand but the other brand has a bigger tablet, which I didn't quite like and it costs a bit more. What happened was the other brand coated their tablet with "sugar" to make it suitable for kids, but I just didnt like the idea.

So, I still stick to Nature's Own Zinc supplement. Does it works? Well, my acne is under control now, so I guess it's safe for me to say that it does work!
