Need more heat, BRRRR
By godfrey884 onGot this little heater to warm up one small room, our foyer. When looking at it in the store, it seemed like just what we needed, It was small and compact.
It's features are Fan forced, 2 heat settings, 750 & 1500 watts, fan only setting, heat and break resistant plastic housing, build in carrying handle,so it's portable easily moves with you from room to room. Plus is really unique design can be used either upright for flat for floor heating.The heat that this little heater gives off is really good, but the down fall is that if you put it on and you don't turn the little knob just right, you have to shut it down and wait 5 minutes to reset , (Safety thing I think) so to make sure you don't have to do that every time you put it on you have to be sure that the temp knob is set pretty low then gradually turn it up as it start heating.
This heater has really served it's purpose to heat our foyer through the winter months, we just set it under the chair at our front door, and it keeps thatarea warmer with having the door opened and closed through out the day. And with it being such a nice compact size it doesn't interfere with anything.

Sounds perfect for those really cold months. We only get a few really cold days, but I keep a heater on rather than using my whole house heat. This one sounds powerful enough to do the job. I will try this product
I saw a sign for a family dollar store just yeasterday and thought they were just another dollar store. I guess if they carry heaters I was wrong, just don't tell my wife I said that.
I like the idea of it being small and compact. Sounds like a good heater and could ocme in handy.
I think most heaters now have some kind of safety feature. Which is good of course. Sounds like a great little heater.
We have a little heater like this and it does not have the safey feature that yours does. I think I would actually have liked that, thanks for the info.
Sounds like a good little heater for a really good price. I could of used it this past winter, I was cold all the time!
I love these little space heaters. It makes perfect sense for you to use it in an area that has constant temperature changes. Perfect little heater!

This is a good tip. I never thought to look at family dollar for space heaters. I could have got a better deal than I did at Walmart!
