Needs To Be Kept In The Safari

Reviewing: Graco Pack 'N Play In Safari Friends
Purchased at: Target

In all my years of being a mother, I have had never had such a problem with a playpen that I do with my grandson's Graco playpen.

Now a days parents want it to where they can fold up everything into a tiny little box and store it away so that it does not get in the way of everyday activities. Well the Graco Pack 'N Play in Safari Friends playpen folds away to almost nothing, but getting it that way it the task, not to mention opening it back up.

The Pack 'N Play in Safari Friends playpen is one of the most complicated foldable playpens I have ever come across. Sure it is cute and looks like it would be something a new mother or an old mother would want, however do not waste your money.

Babies make messes ! You cannot even wipe the cloth on the playpen down. Once it has something on it, it stays on it. Toys get stuck underneath the mat that is merely attached by one small piece of velcro. It bows in the middle, and tips over quite easily if leaned on.

I personally do not recommend any mother wasting their time or their money on the Graco Pack 'N Play in Safari Friends playpen. Stick to basic playpens, you will find them much more reliable.

Thanks for the info on the Graco Pack n Play. It's very helpful to know before you go shopping what others have experienced with a product like this.

Oh no! A playpen that tips!!! That is a nightmare! I would definitely write a letter to Graco with the specifics of the tipping issue of the Pack 'N Play in Safari Friends playpen as that is a hazard. Even if the playpen open and folded like a dream I would really worry about that tipping issue! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!

This sounds like a huge pain. I'm make sure to avoid buying this for any expecting friend.

I had this same one only a different pattern and I hated it. I donated it to the Catholic Church just so I didn't have to mess with it anymore.

Wow, graco is generally a good company for baby products. I can't imagine not being able to wipe down a play pen! Yikes! I hate to even think what ours would have smelled like after even a week!

We have a graco playpen and it is a little hard to use. All of the parts don't fit into the bag and it is hard to get up and down, in my opinion. Maybe I will get the hang of it someday lol. Sorry you had so many problems with yours.
