This is a musical cd of Neil Diamonds Hot August Night concert that I purchased quite a number of years ago. I really like Neil Diamonds music and although I do not like crowded concerts and have always said I would never go to any period I did go to one of his once when he came to Hartford, Ct. I took Bosoxy to it and even though it was definitely not the type of music she listens to as a rule she thought he was pretty darn good and was very impressed by his performance.

This particular concert that I am reviewing here is one of his best works ever in my opinion. I have always felt that Neil Diamond is one of the greatest talents on the face of the planet period. This particular cd has some of his greatest songs such as Sweet Caroline which is quite often sung at Fenway park in Boston all the time and where Neil Diamond actually visited this season.

On this cd also is Cherry Cherry, Solitary Man,Red Red Wine, Song Sung Blue, Holy Holly,I am I said and numerous other hits by this great gentlemen. I actually purchased this cd so long ago that I had to take a guess on what I paid at the time. I really think his works would appeal to many age groups if given the chance. Neil Diamonds Hot August Night, a classic Neil Diamond performance that transcends the ages.
