Nestle Nesquik Double Chocolate drink is a great way for kids to get strong bones. It has a great chocolatey flavor and contains calcium, Vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals.

I was given a 15 ounce canister by a friend who knew I loved chocolate. This drink is a nice treat. All it takes is two tablespoons of powder in one cup of milk (hot or cold), and you have a great chocolate drink.

Nesquik powder has 90 calories per two tablespoons, 210 calories with one cup of milk. It also contains 1 gram of total fat, 0 mg of cholesterol, 80 mg of sodium, 17 grams of carbohydrates and 17 grams of sugar. It is 99.9% caffeine free.

One 15 oz canister will yield 19 servings. It's a great way to get that great chocolate flavor and also build strong bones in children. Of course, adults also love the chocolate taste. The double chocolate is my favorite, because I really am a chocoholic.
