The Neutrogena Lift and Strengthen Intensive Eye Concentrate is a powerful mosturizing treatment that really goes in to eliminate the signs of puffy, wrinkly and dark eye circles. It noticably elimnates the wrinkles under my eyes, while keeping it firm and lifted, while giving it a smooth surface to the touch. My eyes looked brighter and lighter after using this product, and I'm more than satisfied with the results. It doesn't have any side effects when I use it, no signs of an allergic reaction, and I can put it on while I have my contacts in and it doesn't irritate me at all! Its dermatologist tested and ophthalmologist tested, which means that I have nothing to worry about. Its a really great product, and I would reccomend it to anyone!
