Reviewing: New England Federal Credit Union Banking

I switched my account from Green Mountain Credit Union to the New England Federal Credit Union because I currently had a boat loan through green mountain but the interest rate was to high and I refinanced it through new england. I ended up with a higher payment but dropped my years owned by 2 and went from a 9.9% loan to a 5% loan. I was very happy that New England accpeted my loan request and so I decided to move my checking and savings account to them. Im not much of an atm user and like to go inside and the customer service is always quick and easy. We had a Hannafords credit card breach and New England was very quick to reissue new cards to all the affected cards. I was very impressed with the prompt and fast service to protect all there customers and there identities.

Wow.. from a 9.9% loan to a 5% loan.... indeed makes all the differences.
