New I Mac Is A Winner By eagle on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I prefer the black and aluminum appearance of the new iMac to the older white models. The widescreen display allows much more viewing real estate and workspace for me. The glare on the high gloss screen doesn't bother me because the monitor can be swivelled up and down so you can easily adjust for it. Any computer screen is going to have a problem if you're working by a lot of windows. I put in another 1GB of RAM and it was easy. It was the first time I ever added memory to a computer before and it took only a few minutes. The keyboard is so slim and lightweight, yet the keys are easy to work on. They have more spring than a laptop but are not as loud and clunky as a regular keyboard. I can move this to any room in the house when I work. It's easy to carry and just one plug into the wall and it's on.
