New malaysian car
By Chris Kong onPesona is the new Malaysian car which has an unique way of advertising the car, brand named as PEEKABOO before it was officiallly launched on 15th August 2007. In thisPeekaboo campaign ,the new car with lighted interior was put in a giant box and curious shoppers can peek through the made holes to look at the new car .
To date the campaign is quite a success because Proton have received 2200 orders after the official launching . The exterior looks like their older model Gen2 but with a boot . It is 167 mm longer than Gen2 and a mere 12mm longer than Waja. The boot is 30 litres more than Toyota Vios in case more space is needed there . It has a unique cool twin -pod meter panel with black faces . It also has a new door panel design with the 4 power window swithes now on the armrest. It has a central locking system which will automatically lock all the doors when the system detects that all the 4 doors are closed, hand brake released and brake pedal is pressed.Rear legroom is comfortable even for a tall person like me .Overall it is a good car considering the price of RM 44 999 for a solid colour 1.6MT B -Line

I saw a picture of this on the internet and it looks like a nice car.
I've also never heard of this car before, but I really like the Peekaboo advertising concept! What a great way to draw curiousity to a product! I'm going to have to look for a photo of this car, I'm so curious!
This does sound like a good economy car!
