Nice Smell, But No Sell
By Sparkle333 onWhen I hit the magic age of 50, I was looking forward to saying good-bye to a lot of things in my life, but one of them was not my hair! LOL! It seemed as soon as I hit that milestone, my hair became thinner and somewhat lifeless.
So I searched the Internet for something that might help, without being a danger. I founda wonderful web site called Malibu Wellness. They had various products for the skin, scalp, and hair.Their theory is that with the right nutrients, you can create the optimum scalp conditions for new hair growth. So, I bought a bottle of the shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner smelled liked peppermint, so I really enjoyed using it. But sadly, I saw no results at all. My hair texture remained the same, and I used all of both of the bottles.
The conditioner contained antioxidant vitamins like E and C, as well as biotin, niacin and other healthy nutrients. While the products were nice, I did not notice any difference in my scalp or hair, so I would not recommend them (based solely on my experience.) Others may have achieved results with the products.
I have found other shampoos that make my hair look and feel a little thicker.

Malibu's Scalp Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner are not formulated to stop thinning hair; they are sulfate free, gentle cleansers that restore natural hair texture and condition without harmful salts and preservatives. HOWEVER, Malibu Wellness Actives Dandruff/Eczema Weekly Scalp Massage is a dry packet of Malibu's patented L-Ascorbic Acid combined with selected herbal ingredients which has shown to have several beneficial affects on the appearance of hair and scalp. Check the Malibu Wellness site under scalp products and give it a try. For hereditary hair loss, it can be used to supplement Rogaine or other hair growth formulas.
