In dire need of shorter workout pants to wear during the Canadian summer, I headed out to Sport Chek to see what they had. I found the Nike section and began to go through the many different styles and fit of Nike athletic clothing available for women. None of which were cheap! After trying on several different lengths and types of capri workout pants, I decided to purchase the Instinct Capri.

The style of the capri is Low Rise. This means that the waist of the capris are at of below the belly button. The waist has a 2 inch wide band and no drawstrings. The fabric at the waist has elastics built into the fabric. There are no itchy/scratchy tags at the back of the waist band to irritate you during your workout but located instead underneath the waistband on the back left-side. On the front left-side there is a white Nike check logo. The inside has absorbant fabric in the crotch area. The whole garment is Nike DRI-FIT which means that sweat will be whisked away from your skin to keep you dry.

I've used these capris to run in, do aerobics and even on the eliptical and they still keep me dry and have not worn out. These are great for those who workout serveral times a week.
