This pair of shoes is one of my favorite gym shoes as well as my walking shoes. They are high quality, comfortable and durable. I love the spring system which allows my heel to be cushioned effectively. I can walk for long hours in this shoes and my feet still feel fresh as ever. The color black is my favorite color too. This shoes do not work well for running because of the spring system. It bounces too much sometimes. I prefer my adidas for that. The Nike Shox absorbs shocks effectively. I wear my Nike Shox for hiking, shopping and even fishing trips. I definitely recommend this to everyone who needs a good pair of sports shoes. This shoes make me walk more frequently and that helps to keep me in better shape. It brings to me a healthier lifestyle.
