Nike Structured Weight Training Belt By Saint on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Nike Structured Weight Training Belt is a weight belt that is designed to support the small of your back when doing lifts such as the squat, dead lift or hang clean. When you are squatting it helps support your back and keep it straight in order to help you use better form and not tweak your back with the heavy weight all focusing down to that area. It is constructed with an appealing design and looks very stylish in the gym. I'd recommend springing the extra $5 for the version with the hard rods going vertically down the belt to give you more support. The cheaper version still gives support, but not nearly enough. This belt is very comfortable and should be put on right on the top of the hips and tightened where you can barely fit a finger inside.
