had it for a couple years now and i love it, its so light weight and compact and its easy to use and just takes plain good pics has lots of features to it too. It's very durabal, although the video has no sound it takes descent video quality too, perfect for silent videos you want to add music too. It's the perfect gift for anyone. I love this camera it takes great quality pictures even in movement or late in evenings. The flash is great doesn't use your battery much at all. You can take a picture with this camera in complete dark and the flash will light a whole room up in the picture as if it was shot in a well lit room. my overall veiw on this camera is its a must have for any family, its great for no matter who youare i love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.
My experience tells me that Nikon is a good brand and each model lives up to our expectations to a great extent. I used to have one and felt that its worth the price. But my niece rules over it now! laughs.
Right! I also have this one as a gift for my father, who is a photographer. I can't buy him the professional digital ones so I got this for him. Good thing its performance is satisfactory enough to meet his business requirements.
