Nikon D40X

I bought the Nikon D40X because I wanted a camera that took great pictures, indoors and out, took fast motion pictures without shutter lag and was affordable!

I had read great reviews about the D40X and have always been a Nikon fan, so I felt I couldnt go wrong buying this camera, and I didn't!

The Nikon D40X is a great camera for the beginner as well as the pro.You can turn it on and take great pictures right away, or you can adjust the settings in a variety of ways to individualize your pictures.

Because I am mostly taking pictures of my children, I basically just point and shoot!I love that it has the feel of a regular SLR body, but is lighter weight, less bulky and a bit smaller than my old Nikon N2020.It has a strong, well built frame and a good lense that came with my camera.

I would highly recommend this camera for anyone who wants the look and feel of a quality SLR (which I feel it is!) but it doesn't cost and arm and a leg.
