The N64 had awesome games and 3D graphics as opposed to side scrolling 2D games. It was fun even for non serious gamers like myself. I got it as a gift for my birthday from my parents back when it first came out. My system rarely froze and always worked great. It also had great options for multiplayers. The rumble pack only added to the experience. I always enjoyed Golden Eye, Mario 64and Mario Party. The games I liked were usually $30 bucks but the prices varied. The N64 also came in different colors like black, clear or red, same with the controllers. The system came with one controller, but no games. I liked the grip of the controllers though I never could figure out what games the left controls were for. Overall, the N64 was a fun system but it's not for serious video gamers who want the best graphics and games. This system is more for kids and families. I think that's part of its success, it made video games accessible and fun to everyone.
